What a VIBE!!
Completely clean top to bottom, towels so soft, linen crisp, a record player and records to play, clean soft carpet, gorgeous features throughout. The customer service was epic as well, couldnโt ask for better. โ
โExcellent location for attending an event at the Liverpool Arena. Clean throughout and very friendly staff - bar, reception and housekeeping all excellent! Food was delicious and served quickly. โ
โSuperb standard of rooms with fantastic sumptuous decor. A gem in the city right on a road with all of the coolest restaurants too..staff top notch, friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this hotel and we will be back. โ
โThe apartments was comfortable and larger than expected. It had basic facilities including a kettle and coffee. The block has no foyer and the reception area was tiny and functional, more what you would expect with an apartment block them with a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful Though not always on site. When I came back to collect my case it was unsupervised and I was unable to find any staff numbers.โ
โThe property was really lovely and clean, very comfortable modern and bright had everything you needed. Everything on the doorstep. Would definitely come againโ
