Location is excellent, room was very clean and tidy with good views of the river and Pier Head. Staff were very helpful although I am still waiting for a breakdown and receipt for my spending as promised. Bar was excellent and breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel and great location. The suite was beautiful and roomy but a bit outdated. AC wasn’t cold in the living room and coffee machine was missing the water tank but otherwise everything else was great

This hotel is in a great location right on the docks of Liverpool, excellent hotel and lovely rooms. Great staff who are very helpful. Parking is great, but I think the price is a bit expensive for customers who are staying,

Stayed for two nights and had a great time. It was a family trip so having the pool was great considering the wet and windy weather on one of the days. Very close walk to the city centre as well as all the famous football grounds. Staff were absolutely superb. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff were really helpful, Hotel was on the whole excellent. I only have a minor quibble about the bathroom (229) - a floor tile was badly cracked which gave the appearance of not having been cleaned, and the bathroom door was showing its age at the bottom, i.e. the wood veneer was 'rotting' away
