“Thank you to the very friendly & helpful owner, Dave. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Good shower. Lovely breakfast. Even provided a tower fan due to the heatwave. Very close to the ferry terminal. Dave also advised a Metrolink pass for my visit to the Antony Gormley art installation at Crosby beach (a thought-inspiring and brilliant place to visit).
Only thing that would have made it even better would be blackout curtains as the daylight woke me at dawn.”

“Really enjoyed this hotel. Great, central location. Good breakfast food. My only suggestion would be to have a couple smaller breakfast options (like just eggs and toast), because the menu items were larger than my typical breakfast, so while it all tasted great, I felt guilty for wasting the half that I couldn’t finish. ”

Considering the apartment was supposed to sleep 11, it was disappointing that there were only 7 forks...Kitchen equipment was limited so if you're planning to cook for the group, think about what you might need and can easily bring. Consumables were also limited.”
