Towels don't need to be changed after every use, especially when you forget to leave a new towel. £ 50 deposit is annoying. Needed to ask for the free beverage that was included, better to just give a voucher when checking in."
"This hotel is in a beautiful location in a historic dock building. The rooms are nice with large windows that open for fresh air. There is no AC. The elevators are pretty small, and it's a hike up 4 stories of stairs to the reception area.
