“A fantastic stay, the hotel location is great and we couldn’t fault a thing.”

“Lovely “cabin-style” apartment - convenient location, very close to Liverpool city centre.”

“After we checked in, we discovered that the heat wasn’t working in our room. When we contacted the front desk, they said the heat wasn’t working throughout the hotel and offered us a space heater. Given the price of this lodging, I found that unacceptable and checked out. I am in the process of filing a claim for reimbursement from Expedia since I purchased trip insurance. Please note: the hotel website specifically shows “heating” as an amenity!”
