โIt was an absolutely beautiful hotel located very close to The Royal Albert Docks and close to all the amenities. It was a family friendly hotel. Definitely recommend.โ
โLilly on reception was friendly, helpful and excellent in her role. She checked us in early, the electric tripped in our bedroom and she came up right away and fixed.
