“The owner lived at the property and you could really tell. There was a nice attention to detail that you dont get everywhere, and even offered a cuppa when we arrived like old friends.”

“I feel I have stumbled across a hidden gem! What makes The Farm stand out for me is the customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, they even rang on my day of arrival to ensure I had all the relevant details needed to enjoy my stay as I was arriving late. It has a real family feel, and breakfast (made by the owners mum) was delicious. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for having us.”

“Michael was a welcoming host. My room was small but perfectly adequate for my needs. It was to nice to have the flexibility of having breakfast each morning. The only negative was that it was on a busy road as this also contained residential properties. Given that, i wouldn't hesitate to book the Braemar Hotel again as it was a very pleasant place to stay and my breakfast was cooked to order and very plentiful.”

“Michael is a gentleman, he was very quick to sort out an issue that arose during my stay. He went out of his way to do all he could to make the stay more relaxed and enjoyable. Please don't think you're paying for a hotel room at this price however, what I got I was more than happy with and while lots of people will complain, you get what you pay for. For Liverpool football fans this place is literally right next door! Look out the windows and you can literally reach out and touch the Stadium! ”

“The property was in pleasant grounds, in an attractive village. There are a number of b and b rooms in the barn which is now an annex to the main house. The room had a high ceiling so was airy and spacious. The ensuite shower room was too. The bed could be a double or two singles so was large size and we found to be comfortable. There was a continental style breakfast to help yourself to in the dining room which also had a tv. I enjoyed watching the planes coming into land at the airport. These...
