“Staff were lovely throughout. No problems at all with the Hotel and it is really, really convenient for seeing Chester - our first time of visiting and we really enjoyed it. Used the train to get there and Uber to get around and it was all so easy. Would certainly like to go to Chester again and would definitely use the same hotel. PS Go to Chez Jules for a nice evening out.”

“Great place to stay, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep in but otherwise everything else was good. Would recommend staying at this hotel. ”

“The rooms were spacious and spotless, staff were amazing with our toddler (they even called the room when we left his dummy in reception and brought it up for us). Nothing was too much trouble. Dinner at the brasserie was fantastic and breakfast was too. Would definitely stay again without the toddler to use the spa!”
