"We stayed here last year and the continental breakfast was excellent, This time however the continental breakfast has been drastically downgraded to a light breakfast, with a very limited choice included, to get a cooked breakfast you have to upgrade, we were very disappointed about this, although we don't eat a huge amount it is nice to have a choice of a small amount different items included."

"Went to the Spa for my sisters birthday. The moment you walked in you felt calm as the decor was stunning. Staff so polite always smiling and helpful. Massage fantastic and professional. Massage room serene low lights soft music. Lovely pool. Garden absolutly amazing, tranquil lots of seating. We stayed at the hotel which was ultra clean and tidy. Room fantastic, coffee maker, tea snacks magazines fridge. Decor throught hotel beautiful. Hotel staff always smiling and helpful. Nelsons restaurant Huge portions, fast service. Palm court outstanding food and decor. Also noticed outside pond and picnic area which was beautifully maintained. Great stay. Thankyou"
