"Lovely Hotel with very helpful staff. Unfortunately we had a night of no sleep. I informed the hotel that I was celebrating my Mother's 80th Birthday. I paid for a deluxe quadruple room for myself my Mother and my Daughter. The room was pleasant but smaller than images on the website and I feel overpriced for the size of room.Also we were kept awake by wedding guests right outside our window making lots of noise and swearing until the early hours! The hotel jnow my mum was celebratin her 80th Birthday and still put is in a room backing onto the car park and Grosvenor suite were roudy wedding gusts were outside arguing amd swearing and being very noisy. I informed the staff the next morning and they said sorry. The staff were lovely but didn't seem to be any managers around to escalate any issues. Lively hotel but very disappointed in the amount i paid for smaller room with Unfortunately no sleep due to other guests."

"We stayed here last year and the continental breakfast was excellent, This time however the continental breakfast has been drastically downgraded to a light breakfast, with a very limited choice included, to get a cooked breakfast you have to upgrade, we were very disappointed about this, although we don't eat a huge amount it is nice to have a choice of a small amount different items included."
