Brasserie food was delicious, breakfast and lunch.
Very sad to learn that the hotel is closing in September.
TV sound is set too low and a coffee machine in the room would have been appreciated. Feel that entry to Spa should be included for guests.

"Cold food at dinner and when the replacement came the fish was actually raw in the middle. Even though I ate none of it and the polite server told me that it would be deducted from my bill, it wasn't and the receptionist had to go and ask permission to take it off the bill on checkout. It was embarrassing. We ate out of the hotel the following night.
Also the rules have changed so pool entry is prohibited once you have checked out of your room.
All staff used to be wonderful and some remain in this vain but some really cannot be bothered and one was rude.
The place remains very clean and is a credit to housekeeping team.
