“I was so impressed with Lima, who was responsible for everything from check-in to minor service. The hotel was so perfect and the lounge on the first floor was very well maintained. If I go to London again, I will definitely make a reservation again.”

“Great value for money at a very good location with good/cheap breakfast and kind staff. Air-condition and plenty of power outlets in the room. Clean overall. Many things are small in London space-wise, but this room was not at the expense of convenience. Very bad (almost No) internet/phone signal in the room, while they provide unprotected public wifi, there's also TV hotspot with a password, but very weak signal too. I find it strange and risky.”

“Very good”
