"The location is perfect for our need and all the sightseeing we wanted to do. The amenities like the lounge with hot beverages were just what we needed in the morning. The refillable plastic bottle for water was very helpful. Launderette was a plus since we have a long vacation and was able to do laundry with soap provided as well for free. We did did eat breakfast at the hotel, The only issue we had was the day we wanted our room clean, it was unfortunately missed but , they did come come the next day and all was fine ."

"The room and hotel were ideal for our needs, few bits of cosmetic maintenance needed but nothing major. Either need fitted sheets of the housekeepers need to be trained to make sure the sheets are on secure, I had to remake both beds to get the sheets to stay on."

"We loved our stay at this hotel! It is a beautiful building right in the middle of everything we wanted to see. Our rooms were very clean and nice and had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful when we checked in and held our bags until our room was ready (we got there very early in the morning) so we could go sightseeing. We ate breakfast one morning in the bar lounge area and had drinks and snacks there another night and it was very nice and great food. We did not reserve a room with a view since we knew we’d be out all day and night so our room only had a view of a brick wall which was fine for us. If you don’t want this view, I would recommend booking a room with a view which I imagine would be fabulous due to the location. Overall we highly recommend and would love to stay here again!"

"The biggest thing that lets the hotel down is the cleaning. There were so many hairs on the floor of the bathroom. In fact one was stuck to the ceiling! When leaving the two cleaning staff were just stood in the corridor on their phones. Shane really as the rest of the stay was pretty good."
