“Conveni ”

“Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. ”

“Nice, clean room, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast with many choices, and easy walk to all the central attractions. ”

“위치가 런던시내 및 관광지 방문하기 좋았습니다. 하지만, 두 가지 부분이 아쉽네요. 1) WiFi 연결이 잘 끊어집니다. 휴대폰에서 재접속을 수시로 해야 됬습니다. 2) 숙소에 냉장고가 없습니다. 시원한 물을 먹기 어렵습니다. 그 외에는 만족스러운 가족 여행이었습니다.”

“Nice hotel located just outside the city centre but close enough and with plenty of parking (now charged but reasonable). The refurbishment has freshened the place up.”

“We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor but we noticed straight away that the toilet was leaking. The staff were straight onto the problem but it couldn't be quickly fixed so we were moved to an alternative room which was more spacious and with a nicer outlook. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. We enjoyed the breakfasts and booked to eat in the hotel each night and were not disappointed- good food, and not too pricey. “We loved how close the hotel was to the World of Adventure theme park. It was amazing to leave the theme park and instantly be at our hotel. We also loved the customer service we received from the front desk staff and breakfast manager. Our 10 year old daughter was sick for 2 days and they were caring, accommodating and helpful when we explained the situation. The front desk receptionist was also very helpful with directions and bus/train schedules to London and the airport. ”
