The room was claustrophobic, no access without stairs. I think it’s disgraceful that the hotel has such type of room. And, on Saturday night you could hear and feel the music from a nearby club."

"I always stay here in London. I heard a visitor from the US complaining that there was no hairdryer in the room. There’s no coffee or tea either. This suits me fine. Bring your own stuff or book somewhere else if you want a traditional hotel. "

Unfortunately, I found that the pay-in breakfast offering has declined a lot in the last two years. It's getting very limited, often cold and the breakfast room is very crowded."
