"Did not receive the room I had booked, but met the needs for the trip. Staff check-in was slightly confusing when querying number of people staying, whenever it already stated 2 people on the booking. "

"hotel situated in the heart of London. However, it is completely impossible to get in and out of the hotel whenever there is an event taking place in the city. I had to go to the airport. It took me over three hours because the cab driver was not able to drive around all the streets that’s been blocked and not properly notified. Hotel has no shop and no service to help our customers but overall facilities is very nice and Spa was definitely helpful for someone who wants to enjoy and relax. if you travel for business, please make sure you check all the events inside the city so you don’t get stuck like me in the middle of the town without any ability to go to the airport."

"The room was lovely although few issues with TV which staff attended to. Lovely breakfast. Ideal position for seeing sites and not too busy."

"It was a small room but I did not want for anything. There was a pull out draw under the bed which fitted my (medium size) suitcase. This meant I could open my suitcase, leave it open, with easy access to everything and then, with ease, slide it under the bed out of the way, leaving the room looking neat and tidy. I now want this in every room I stay in. "

"Excellent for an overnight stay when visiting the office. Would definately stay here for longer visits. Very convenient for sightseeing. "
