"we checked in a bit passed 3pm and were not able to use the self check in. Evi (I hope I have the correct name) at the reception helped us and did an amazing job at welcoming us and promptly gave us our room keys. We only had one towel in our room and within minutes she brought an extra towel and a water bottle, When she told us about a breakfast package, we explained that we needed to check out super early the next day and that we would not have time for breakfast, she complimented us 2 breakfast telling us that if we had time it would be there. Thank goodness she did! We did not expect the rail roads to be doing maintenance and not be able to arrive early at the airport to get something to eat. When we were stuck in the train we so appreciated our breakfast! She really made a difference in our stay. The room was minimal but comfortable. We had a tour plan for the evening as we were in London only for a few hours and could not get supper so we were hoping to take advantage of the hotel 24hrs pizza service, however, when we came back at the hotel around 11pm. Unfortunately they were out of pizza and we had to go back out to eat. It was disappointing and we were so tired... but overall this is a great location near the train stations ans underground. Highly recommended. Would go again."
