"The hotel had a perfect location because it was walking distance from the King’s Cross St Pancras station. It also had a restaurant on-site which would make dining pretty easy. I loved the ease of controlling the lights and room temperature with a control panel above the bed. My only issue was that there was no electric kettle and free tea bags/instant coffee in the room itself as advertised in the hotel info listing on Expedia. Although upon check-in, the hotel staff member had told us that free coffee or tea is available 24/7 at the hotel restaurant lobby, yet that’s not what the hotel info says on their Expedia listing. As such, I feel that such should be removed as it’s misleading. The listing should instead say that there’s free coffee or tea available 24/7 in the restaurant lobby. I’m a believer in full transparency. Overall, I would still recommend the Hub by Premier Inn at King’s Cross to my fellow travelers for its perfect location, accessibility and ease in dining, shopping and other options, clean and cool rooms which would be perfect for all kinds of travel needs."
