"Clean room and good location. TVs don’t cast to your phone (they are meant to) switched rooms and even in new room didn’t work after a short while. Thanks to the staff for taking time to give me a new room. Worse thing was the AC! it’s centrally managed so had to keep window all night and it was very stuffy! Never been to a hotel in London where AC isn’t managed but the guest. It was far too hot inside."

"Best hotel in London. Comfortable bed. Great amenities. Great food. Great staff. Gym is good with access to steam room and sauna. Always a great experience. "
