“직원이 너무 불친절해요”

“The Imperial Hotel was excellent in every way, the sea views were spot on. The staff were brilliant. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were very good. The only let down for me was not having Air Conditioning in the bedrooms, I did manage to source a pedestal fan, but without that I don't think I could have managed to shave or sleep. But otherwise The Imperial Hotel is highly recommended for anyone.”

“Bed was uncomfortable. Two single beds joined together with a thin double mattress put on top. There was a dip down the middle of the bed where there was a gap between the beds. It’s a real shame as the hotel was pleasant and very quiet.”

“Some areas showed their age . Staff where courteous and kind . Views are wonderful but the terrace needs tidying up. Breakfast was like a feast! 25 to 30 years ago we used to come regularly for several holidays a year. It's an old building and needs a brush up. They've tried to maximise money making on the terrace not all of which is easy on the eye . However despite criticism I'm already planning a return trip .”

“Muy buena atención en recepción por parte de una chica asiática que no recuerdo su nombre, y de Mark. Un hotel excelente algo lejos del centro, pero las vistas y la calidad merecen la pena pagar un poquito más de taxi para llegar.”
