Staff and facilities are great at this hotel. The view sitting outside having drink is breathtaking. I have only given 4/5 for property conditions as rooms are looking a little tired. Still lovely but could do with a little uplift Will stay again if ever in the area.

Fabulous location for the Clifton Suspension bridge, stunning views from the restaurant. Pity the terrace is not accessible in the morning for coffee. Interior of the hotel depressingly dark and gloomy.
