โWe were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. โThe service was exceptional. On the second morning I was woken by the sounds of construction taking place in the room above mine. It went on for hours. When I informed the staff at reception, with my permission they moved my things to a suite while I was out. I was traveling alone so the suite wasn't essential, but I appreciated the gesture. All of the staff was very kind and welcoming. A steak ordered from room service at 2 AM exceeded expectations. A great experience overall. โ

1. Compared to many 5 star hotels I have been to in Europe, the ambiance of this hotel is so comforting and serene in terms of background music, lighting, and the scent that the hotel uses! I often have to travel for long periods and it is very disturbing when you have strong fragrance all over the place, especially in the room. But here, you will feel super calm as if you are in a luxury spa.
