โWir waren fรผnf Tage als Paar im Mandarin Oriental in London und haben uns sehr wohl gefรผhlt. Das Hotel ist sehr einladend und die MitarbeiterInnen waren jederzeit zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Zimmer war schรถn gestaltet und รคuรerst sauber. Alles war super modern eingerichtet. Es entsprach alles unseren Erwartungen und wir wรผrden jederzeit wieder ins Mandarin Oriental einchecken!โ

This is the first time I have seen a system that limits meal costs.
Some additional costs, such as drinks, were indicated on the invoice as lunch costs. We had problems communicating with each other a few times.โ

1. Compared to many 5 star hotels I have been to in Europe, the ambiance of this hotel is so comforting and serene in terms of background music, lighting, and the scent that the hotel uses! I often have to travel for long periods and it is very disturbing when you have strong fragrance all over the place, especially in the room. But here, you will feel super calm as if you are in a luxury spa.

โThe service was exceptional. On the second morning I was woken by the sounds of construction taking place in the room above mine. It went on for hours. When I informed the staff at reception, with my permission they moved my things to a suite while I was out. I was traveling alone so the suite wasn't essential, but I appreciated the gesture. All of the staff was very kind and welcoming. A steak ordered from room service at 2 AM exceeded expectations. A great experience overall. โ
โI loved this hotel so much, with its perfect location and clean condition. But for amenities, there is no complementary water and toothbrush. Overally I will definitely visit here again. โ
โLoved the location -near Baker street. And the hotel felt more like somebody's home:small and tidy. Staff was really friendly. But never expected the courtyard room on the first floor was actually a floor down from the lobby which left me with a photo of trees plastered on wall instead of a window. I was not informed of that from the website and That was a big minus.โ
