"For an entry level 5* hotel it ticks all the boxes. I stayed in a deluxe queen which was almost spotless (water marks on the shower screen and the sink tap was a bit off). Other than that, the air con worked, the bed was very comfortable the staff were extremely friendly, the hotel overall was extremely clean and the restaurant was sublime."

"We loved our Christmastime stay at the Langham. The location is excellent for seeing Christmas lights and the panto, the room was very comfortable and the staff was so helpful with things like getting a taxi, etc."

"Everything has to go on the floor as you don't even get a coat peg. Aswell, the fact your underground need to make sure you have a clean air flow and even air conditioning that works in ever room. I wouldn't stay again, "

"Breakfast had great choice, staff are helpful and friendly, but our bathroom had the tiniest space between the sink and the wall to access the shower. I’m small and it was a struggle to navigate, it’s not a suitable space."

"Has changed since my last stay, it now has different owners. Self check in and out is now in place and whilst it works there’s no substitute for real reception. Room was clean as normal, along with the hotel on general. You no longer get tea/coffee making facilities in your room, which is a shame, especially as it was still listed as being provided when I booked and paid for my stay. Breakfast used to be a buffet, but now you have a choice of a buffet or à la carte. The à la carte I think is an improvement on the buffet breakfast you used to get. I didn’t try the buffet this stay, so can’t comment on how it compares. Luggage storage is still provided for guests, but is now charged at £10 an item where I never had to pay before. Whilst there has been changes made since my previous stay, I assume to bring it in line with the new owners other hotels and reduce running costs, the hotel remains a good place to stay if you’re planning on a city break in London. Ideally placed for a lot of the theatres and Oxford St shopping. I will be back again."
