“We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. 티슈를 요청 했는데 다른 곳 처럼 그냥 주지 않고 접시에 올려 줘서 이런 세심함에 감동했다.
그리고 저녁에는 피아니스트가 와서 연주를 해주는데(주말은 쉬는 날인가봄) 마음이 즐거워지는데다가 로비 의자가 편해서 계속 앉아있고 싶음
입구에서 가까운 리셉션 데스크에 자유롭게 마실 수 있는 주스가 준비 되어있다(훌륭함!) 오렌지주스, 자몽주스 모두 맛있음.
하우스키핑도 매일 해서 깨끗하고 객실 내부도 넓고 침대도 편함. 한가지 단점은 추웠다는 점.(11월 중순)
다음에 런던을 방문한다면 타지호텔로 다시 가고 싶음."
