"This is an outstanding property with incredible service. From the second we arrived, the staff were on hand to help and they could not have been lovelier. The welcome we received was exemplary and staff were fantastic throughout our stay and even after we’d checked out! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. There are lots of options in the local area for food / entertainment. We will absolutely be returning!!!"

"The location was perfect and near two bus stops. We walked to and from the hotel each day. The staff was super curteous and helpful. We did take a bottle of wine to skip the daily cleaning, but the room was not cleaned until late the night before we left. The breakfest buffet was great and the returant had fun appetizers and deserts. "

"Quite a wait to check in. The room didn’t have robes and we could have used them to go to the pool as the changing rooms were shut. There were only 2 dry communal rooms available and they seemed angry when we locked the door! Just got there in time to avoid massive queues for breakfast which was yummy. Unfortunately, the room had an internal window which only looked out at a brick wall opposite. Thankfully we didn’t need to be in it for long. The charging usb points on the bedside tables did not work and the hairdryer kept shutting off. The beds were very comfy though. "

"The July was a stellar refuge during a recent business trip to London. It was great to have access to a gym and an in room kitchen at the end of a long day. The room was beautifully decorated (loved the real plants!) and immaculately clean. Would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to all of my colleagues. "
