โThe staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room had hob/oven/microwave/fridge freezer/dish washer, so eating in was definitely an option had we not eaten out. The room wasn't huge but a lot of effort had gone into making the layout as efficient as possible. Overall, the hotel had a great vibe and we left having had a very positive experience.โ
โRoom upgrade was not told to us ahead of time; the upgrade had stairs and bulky chairs. We finally got โdowngradedโ to our original room booking which we much preferred due to not being below the rooftop terrace and no stairs. โ
โWonderful secluded location; clean and upgraded rooms, though not throughly modernized, which is to be expected with an older building; breakfast was fantastic; standard room is very small with no seating area, just a bed and bedroom, so keep that in mind for couples travel.โ
โWe were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be back, Thank youโ
โGreat hotel. Expensive but quality and worth the money. Spa is fabulous but a shame the sauna/steam rooms are not mixed male and female. Location is good, particularly for Chelsea flower show and Harrodsโ
