“If your looking for a place that is centrally located, clean, spacious and modern - this is the place. The only draw back is that it is a 4 story walk up - but isn't that what all of London apartments are - walk ups. The place was incredible - and PERFECTLY LOCATED in SoHo to all the bars and restaurants... I had a question about the washer/dryer and the office was very quick to respond and resolve it.”

“The location, concept, interior, service, etc. are fantastic. In particular, the staff's proactive and professional response was excellent. However, there were some problems with payment communication. I did not hear any information that there was a limit to the amount of breakfast. This is the first time I have seen a system that limits meal costs. Some additional costs, such as drinks, were indicated on the invoice as lunch costs. We had problems communicating with each other a few times.”

“히드로 공항에서 엘리자베스라인으로 이렇게 편히 온것에 감동했습니다. 근처 즐길거리가 너무나 많은 관광지 한복판인데 호텔 위치는 또 조용하다는 특징이 있고요. 실내 공기가 아주 쾌적하게 유지되고 쉽게 조절되는 점이 인상적이였어요. 욕실이나 내부 모든 시설이 흠잡일데 없이 좋은 퀄러티로 구비되어 있어서 만족했습니다. 정수기탭도 유용했고요 ”

“지하철역, 번화가와의 위치가 좋았으며, 카운터 직원들이 친절했고 체크아웃 후 캐리어도 아주 흔쾌히 맡아주었습니다. 저는 영어에 많이 능숙하지는 않은 편인데 설명이 매우 친절했습니다. 창문이 예쁜 길거리쪽 방이 아니라 실망스러운 것 빼고는 만족했습니다. 그리고 굳이 꼽자면 카드키가 아니고 열쇠키인 점, 1층 조식이 예상보다는 비쌌던 점은 있으나 전혀 문제가 되진 않습니다.”

“I had a really comfortable two days at the Savoy Hotel. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful and I had the perfect holiday from American Bar to great cocktails, afternoons, and breakfast. Best London hotel to recommend to everyone!”
