This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been to! The staff were super helpful, the property and room were beautiful, and the amenities were great! It is also a very convenient location to get to a lot of fun areas of the city.

Loved this hotel and will definitely be back. I only took off a few stars for service because when I checked in there was no one to help with my bags and no one told me that there was a gym / talked to me about amenities so I didn’t realize I had access until too late, but it honestly didn’t really matter in the end. Also, the staff was helpful otherwise. My room was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable, and the lobby/orangerie are beautiful rooms as well.

I thought the hotel was just lovely! It only opened in April so is very clean and new and everything is very curated and special. Our room was one of the smaller ones and very small, we couldn't really get both of our cases open at the same time. Wouldn't recommend such a small room but price was a concern for us. Everything else was excellent.

The welcome was wonderful, and the hotel is both luxurious and relaxing. A few teethings troubles (I was there in the first six weeks) - breakfast was delcious but took 30 minutes to come, and the room temperature control didn't work well.

Great location, cozy and beautifully designed. Thoughtful room additions, tea and snacks. Vintage style radio alarm woke me up at the break of dawn from previous setting which wasn't ideal and maybe needs looking at. Breakfast was a little expensive for tiny portion - could do with a little added embelishment, fruit or something. Omelette was just that - a small omelette with a thin slice of toast and I had to request butter. I would stay again but not sure the breakfast is worth the price unless included in rate.

Pros: The Zetter Bloomsbury is in a great location and walkable. The rooms have air conditioning, which is a must for the summer. Clean and the staff is very friendly. There is also an elevator on site. Cons: the standard rooms and beds are TINY. Good for a solo traveler but not for two people. There is no TV, so if you want to unwind after a long day with some tele, you’ll need your phone or iPad. They have a giant screen in the garden, but what is shown is at the discretion of the hotel management. We were there during the World Cup and Wimbledon and guests were trying to find places to watch both, which was frustrating to some people. Also, some of the flooring in the hallways on the 3rd were uneven which created trip hazards.

The hotel was beautiful including the room, common spaces, garden, etc. We loved the location and the cute Wimbledon viewing area they had set up. Our only complaint was the staff. While everyone was incredibly nice, it seemed like there’s a lot of confusion. I know the hotel opened in April but 3 months later it felt like a lot of the service issues should have already been ironed out, especially at the bar and slow food service.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every member of the staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They were always willing to offer recommendations for restaurants or things to do, and would even help arrange a taxi. When we checked in, we were greeted immediately, offered water, and then promptly shown to our room. The rooms were each unique and cozy, which really encouraged you to enjoy all the different spaces the hotel had to offer to relax. Their menu was also really good—especially the breakfast options—and they even offered a really nice afternoon tea. We were traveling to visit the Hawaiian Kingdom exhibition at the British Museum, and it was literally right around the corner—not even a 5-minute walk. We were also conveniently close to several shops and restaurants, all within a few minutes walking. Even some I visited in SoHo tweet only a 15–18 minute walk, or a quick cab ride if walking isn’t possible for you. I wish I could name everyone on the staff who made such an impression, but I didn’t catch all of their names. Tudor, Marta, and the two evening bartenders were all fantastic—but truly, everyone I encountered at the hotel was. If I’m ever back in London, I will definitely be staying here again.
