"Lovely hotel just 10 minutes walk from the centre of York. Situated in a student area but it is quiet and there's lots of lovely cafes and restaurants only a few minutes away. Hotel was stunning, modern and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and we'd definitely stay again. Breakfast was amazing."

"Booking in was very easy and friendly. All our special requests were granted. The room was clean and fresh. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pizza in the garden was excellent as was a cheese platter. More than enough to eat and very tasty. York being the home of the Kit-Kat, there were free chocolate treats in the room and plenty more for the asking - a highlight of our stay!! All in all, the service was exemplary. "The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful."
