"This place was fantastic! The rooms were small, with a shower right there, but it was absolutely awesome and water didn’t get anywhere. Somebody came and cleaned every other day. The bed was so comfy. There’s no closet, but they did have hangers on the wall. And there’s no dresser, but if you’re a simple traveler, this was the greatest experience. They also had a free wine and cheese night on Tuesdays and Saturdays, which was a lot of fun in the lobby. The staff were so friendly and everything was so clean. And the location was fantastic. I walked to everywhere, the West End, Trafalgar Square, the science museum, and everything else you could hop onto the underground real fast. In the area was really safe. I came home late a couple of nights and walked alone with no fear."

"This is a great place as a tourist because of the location. You are near everything and there is so much to do which is amazing! However I would not rate it 5 star because the rooms themselves. We stayed at the basic rooms but for a 5 star I would’ve like more. Beside that the room did its job and having it be close to everything is a great reason to book this place."

"The room is clean. The window has the view of street and Leicester Square which is nice. Chinatown, Piccadilly Square and theaters just blocks away. Staff are very helpful. Air conditioning is working great. Only thing I found inconvenient is the room doesn’t provide a tissue box. That’s unusual. Overall the experience is good."
