โRoom upgrade was not told to us ahead of time; the upgrade had stairs and bulky chairs. We finally got โdowngradedโ to our original room booking which we much preferred due to not being below the rooftop terrace and no stairs. โ
โA brand new property that was amazing value for money. Rooms are so spacious for such a convenient location, and the little kitchen, which we didnโt use, looked to have everything youโd need for cooking. Breakfast the next morning was high quality and tasty. Only improvement would be the gym which was a bit empty and soulless. โ
โThere is simply no better hotel in London ive stayed at them all incl 4seas, lanesborough, etc. Expensive but in comparison to the other options absolutely worth it. Fantastic location. Free car service within 20mins. I could go on and on. Its actually the best Peninsula imo, beating even Beverly Hills and Hong Kong. Brand new. Phenomenal gym. Next to the park. Between knightsbridge and mayfair. Great room service. Excellent lounge area down in lobby to do work or socialize. Yes, it...
โTodo excelente , solo decepcionante el servicio de concierge , no son de mucha ayuda y tampoco les interesa serlo , pero hotel y locaciรณn estรกn perfectos !โ
โWhat truly sets this 41-room boutique hotel apart is the people who manage it. They are exceptionally kind and helpful, consistently going above and beyond to assist guests and make them feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth and attentiveness create a personal and memorable experience that is indeed very rare to find.โ
โIโve stayed at many fine hotels, but this stay at The Emory was a customer experience which just stood out in itโs excellence. Thus, while I normally refrain from writing reviews, the Emory team deserves one. The hotel is superb as to design and food. But what is difficult catch without experiencing it yourself is the service. From the first encounter at arrival to the last greeting at our departure, one could sense the exceptional service culture within the team. Everyone were committed to make...
โGreat hotel. Expensive but quality and worth the money. Spa is fabulous but a shame the sauna/steam rooms are not mixed male and female. Location is good, particularly for Chelsea flower show and Harrodsโ
โFor my little oneโs exam trip. Urgently booked due to a sudden booking error for another apartment hotel on that same day(actually night), but experienced special. Gave us free room upgrade and a little cute fluffy Corgi dog which is hotel signature for his good luck. The breakfast was super qualified and my son told me a lot about it. Touched by your exceptional kindness and excellency. โ
