“Highly recommend booking this place. Stayed as a family of 4 and Julia and Iain really had thought of everything. We arrived via train and so didn’t pack a lot. They had beach mats, wind breakers etc Also had a bed guard for our little one so she didn’t roll out of bed. Even the bathroom had a hair towel! Breakfast was amazing, fresh fruit and juices along with delicious porridge, cereals and cooked breakfast. All freshly cooked and great. Beds were always made ready for when we got back and...

“Good location for the NEC. A bit tricky to find as the sat nav didn’t recognise the location and took us elsewhere. Nice room and helpful staff.”

“Amazing few nights away, rained the whole time so we couldn’t really go out or use the balcony but despite that the hotel is amazing and we were able to use the spa facilities multiple times, enjoyed treatments and the lobby bar was great! Would 100% return. ”

“Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. ”

“We loved how close the hotel was to the World of Adventure theme park. It was amazing to leave the theme park and instantly be at our hotel. We also loved the customer service we received from the front desk staff and breakfast manager. Our 10 year old daughter was sick for 2 days and they were caring, accommodating and helpful when we explained the situation. The front desk receptionist was also very helpful with directions and bus/train schedules to London and the airport. ”

“Norbreck Castle Hotel was very good value for money. Lifts to each floor, with few extra stairs made all the rooms easily accessible. Standard of cleanliness was very good. The staff were polite and helpful. The food was pretty straightforward - plain but easy eating - and breakfast was more than adequate. “Great value for your money. Stayed in the 2 bedroom studio for 4 nights. The place had everything we needed. Warm room, comfortable beds and our own shower & bathroom. I would recommend a stay here.”
