A great hotel for a short stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Check-in was quick, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything we needed was available. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay as a family of 4. Breakfast was great, but would say the staff needs to check the coffee machine and Nutella to make sure they are refilled timely. The room was clean and spacious and our room had Air Con and was working great! Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room tidy. The hotel is in a great location, and within walking distances to the retail parks. As it was August when we stayed, they had weddings on and parking can be difficult. Thank you for the check in cookies!

Fantastic stay, room was very comfortable and as a coeliac I requested a gluten free breakfast not from the buffet, as never trust buffet tongs when there are gluten containing items about… Tiff was fantastic and incredibly knowledgable, putting me at ease and confident about the food I received. Only stayed in passing to break a long journey but if ever in the area again then its definitely on my list of places to stay again!

Really pleases with the staff member Anca or Acna, sorry if I spelt wrong, She reminds me of my past when I was duty manager and go extra miles for the guests. She was really helpful and have excellent customer services skills. if I want to go there the first reason would be staff.
