“스탭들 다친절함 심지어 조식먹을때 내이름불러주며 뭐먹고싶냐고물어서 깜짝놀랐음..나혼자 동양인이라 쉽게외운거일수도있지만 조금 감동. 엘베없지만 체크인할때 미리 짐도 스탭이 올려주시고 요크 지도주면서 호텔위치 시내위치 다가르쳐주고 마주칠때마다 웃으면서 인사해줌. 조식도 메뉴많고 조리해줘서 따뜻하고 든든하고 좋음. 근데 역에서 좀 걸어야하고 캐리어가 더해져 너무힘듦 그리고 세면대완전작음..그치만 다른게 완벽..☆”

“A wonderful, clean,air condtioned room and staff can be contacted 24/7 if any problems. Bed was very comfortable and being left a small bottle of milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Parking was no problem at all in front of buillding. Did have any food but all looked lovely. Would definately recommend.”

“The hotel is perfectly placed in the centre of York and easy to get to. The staff were lovely and were able to accommodate giving us a lower-level room, which was so helpful (especially when pregnant in a heatwave!). There were lots of options available in the mini bar as well as teas, coffees, etc. The room was very comfortable and clean - we will definitely return next time we come to York.”

“Excellent breakfasts, the best scrambled eggs ever! The room was brilliant but ,would benefit from a small fridge. Great parking available. Only tiny negative was that there was no coat hangers in the room.”

“Clean, comfortable room in a location giving easy access to the centre of York. Not really for 4 grown up people though. More like 3. Perhaps 2 adults and 2 children would've been OK. The second bed was small. ”

“I recently stayed at Judges Court York for three nights and, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I completely understand that the hotel can’t control the heatwave we experienced, but the rooms were unbearably hot. The only cooling provided was a small fan, which made very little difference, and it was extremely difficult to sleep. For the price of the hotel, I would expect better facilities, especially air conditioning or a more effective way of keeping guests...
