“I booked the hotel because they said the suite we booked had a kitchen, someone emailed me to confirm this and on the payment confirmation it states full kitchen. It did not have a kitchen. It had a fridge in the centre hallway and a double sink in the bathroom. Kettle on the living room and that's it.
