Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Its not the hotels fault but some of the people that were staying there made it not so nice experience lot of banging and shouting at night and someone was trying to get into my room at one point. But overall the hotel itself is good for anyone travelling for a few nights in skegness.

Cannot complain for the value of money we got the room for £35 for night. This could be a really good and nice hotel if a bit of money was spent on it as it's a little run down and needs a spruce up but room was clean and adequate and bedding was clean etc but wasn't anything special but what can you expect for £35 for night

Staff were nice, check in okay. Room smelt damp and not that clean. Shower needs update as constant dripping all night. Breakfast okay, no water in kettle on multiple days, fruit not fresh and room very underwhelming to start your day. When leaving, no one to give feed back till lunch time. Also most of common areas were not clean (staircase, landing, outside)

The staff were lovely and very friendly. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean. The beds were unbelievable comfy, best 3 nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. I stayed there with my two children and we will definitely be returning.

Got to stay 4 day's and is November time , must say the room was kept quiet warm especially at nights that the temperature dropped. Over all had a good experience with very helpful staff. The was breakfast included on my stay but i was too lazy to get up in the mornings 😁 , but the option was there if i wanted. I do raccomend this hotel. Is good value for money.
