“Well”

“The rooms and facilities were ok, however the main reception staff were not the friendliest or very welcoming. We were charged extra for our afternoon tea, however following our stay I sent the resort management two emails so we could look at addressing our concerns. Two weeks later we are still awaiting a response. As such we would not recommend staying with Marian resort. The location is also not great with no amenities nearby. As such we would not recommend this place.”

“Room dated”

“Clean, comfortable bed, helpful staff. Caravan had some cosmetic damage from previous occupants, but nothing which caused any problems. Out of season weekdays, so very quiet. Great value for money for a two day stay in September.”

“Absolutely top end experience at Three Mile Beach! The house, staff, amenities, and location are outstanding! We will be back! ”
