“Great Hotel - we'd originally booked 10 years ago but had to cancel due to a complicated pregnancy. It was lovely to have finally made it! Location was beautiful and the staff were supportive, kind, and friendly Room was clean, lovely bathroom Breakfast was the slight downfall - it was plentiful, do not get me wrong - just the quality was not to the level that you would expect from the Daffodil Would we return - YES”

“Great staff, great location and gardens. Stains on carpets in several areas, breakfast buffet disappointing, decor needs freshening up. Parking charge of £10 per night surprising and disappointing.”

“The staff were great - friendly and welcoming. The room was on the small side but we were only there for one night, and it was clean and comfortable (and the view of the hills was lovely). There was a large fan provided, which was very welcome given the heatwave that was taking place that week, We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. A perfect place for an overnight in the Lakes.”
