Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that we could not meet your expectations. Too bad, that you gave your feedback anonymously, which makes it impossible for us to retrace what happened. The temperature of the water in the whirlpool is constantly over 32°C. This is checked and registered severeal times a day through our staff. Moreover, it is correct that there is a herbal fragrance in the steam bath. This is also why it is called "Herbal steam bath".
