Mauvaise expérience avec les propriétaires

Pour commencer, nous avons été accueillis comme un cheveu sur la soupe, nous reprochant notre arrivée en plein service du dîner, notre enregistrement n’est pas possible dans l’immédiat, sans nous préciser quand, et sans le moindre sourire. Après une journée de route, nous insistons mais sentons bien que nous dérangeons. Sans avoir été prévenu à la réservation, on nous soustrait une caution de 150€ car nous avons 2 chiens. Au moment du départ, on nous prélève 30€ sur notre caution en plus du supplément pour animaux, prétextant qu’un de nos chiens était en liberté dans la chambre, qu’il est monté sur le lit et a laissé des traces d’empreintes de patte sur la housse couette ainsi que quelques poils, un peu normal pour un chien de perdre ses poils, sans excès cependant. Quant aux empreintes, notre chien ayant été lavé peu de temps avant notre venue et le temps étant sec, il fallait vraiment se pencher sur la couette pour distinguer quelques traces qui partent au lavage, la housse devant de toute façon être lavée. Beaucoup de mauvaise fois donc, pour réclamer un supplément qui n’était ni convenu à la réservation, ni figurant aux conditions générales. D’autre part, par principe, il n’est pas correct de prélever un montant sachant que nous avons déjà payé un supplément animaux de 30€, ce supplément étant donc doublé, alors qu’il est là pour compenser le surcroît de ménage. Enfin, les propos de la gérante nous font réaliser que nous avons été espionnés par la caméra de surveillance.

Un petit hôtel agréable.

Petit hôtel agréable pour un séjour pro. Ce n'est pas un palace mais on sent une réelle envie de bien faire et d'améliorer les choses de la part des propriétaires. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir car l'accueil était absolument formidable et les propriétaires adorables.

Séjour de deux jours

Le séjour s'est bien passé, endroit calme et en retrait de la ville. La température extérieure a nécessité la mise en marche du chauffage, à ma grande surprise, la ventilation dégageait des odeurs de fumée de cigarettes m'obligeant à l'éteindre.
