"Right in the center of Picadilly Circus, but within the hotel room itself it is so quiet you wouldn’t think you were in the middle of London. The bed was comfortable. It would’ve been nice to have a kettle in the room, but managed without. Bed was comfy, the room was clean."

"The staff at this hotel is always pleasant, helpful, and if I ask a question they can't answer, they go out of their way to find someone who can give me whatever info I need. The view from the Executive Double Room with River View was nothing short of fantastic. The bus stop across the street was very convenient. And while the bar poured the shortest shots of whiskey I've ever seen (might try a shot glass for that instead of a high ball glass), the staff there was all smiles and good attitude. Definitely recommend this hotel."

"The room was amazing, so comfy and laid out very well. It was absolutely spotless as well! Staff all round could not be more friendly or accommodating. Best hotel I have stayed in London, pubs around the corner which are lovely as well as great proximity to Millbank Pier for the boat down the Thames which is easy and Pimlico which is four stops south of Oxford Circus on the Victoria line. A fantastic gem of a hotel that we will be coming back to!"
