"This hotel is close to airport, very convenient. It’s clean, rooms are spacious. Spa/gym is so great but could use a little more pizzaz (you have to ask for a towel, could be cleaner considering it’s a communal bath space). Bummer is that they do not reinforce no smoking law in the cafe that is in the lobby so the smoke wafts into the hotel."

"I had a fantastic stay at the Malak Regency Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make everything smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The overall hotel experience was excellent — everything felt comfortable, well-organized, and welcoming. The highlight of my stay was the receptionist, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. She was amazing — truly helpful, courteous, and polite, and made a lasting impression with her professionalism and kindness. One of the standout features was the breakfast. The variety was impressive, with so many options that it was impossible to try everything. No matter what you’re in the mood for, there’s something there for you. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."
