"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. We received a queen bed and a futon that one toddler could sleep on. At this point, we requested a refund from the owner, to which he agreed. We immediately returned...

Couple would be for sure recommending that specific place, but be sure if you're going to explore the south of France and other surrounding areas. It's a must have a car, especially if you're staying in UTELLE"

"Giez is an ideal site for Annency and cycling the local area. The apartment was clean and an onsite swimming pool. "

"Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. "
