“The hotel was exactly as described in photos. Clean, classy and very good value for money. We couldn’t hear any guests within property. Shower was powerful and nice and bathroom was clean. Bed comfortable, duvet thick but airy which was the perfect combo. Outside space from the room was well presents and clean. No bad smell and easy check in. “Location was good. Check in process was easy. The beds were comfortable. I don’t prefer to degrade but I also want to be honest though. The room was falling apart. There is obvious water damage. Drywall was falling off walls and ceilings. Several old patches. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed and bathroom were mostly clean, but the carpet was full of hair and probably hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were several spider webs on the walls and stains on part of the comforters....

“What an absolute gem. Situated in a quiet quaint village Wayside is the perfect getaway. My room was clean and spacious with views out onto beautiful countryside. Lovely courtyard at the entrance with seating area. "Exceptional hospitality and a wonderful stay! I arrived at the hotel early in the morning around 9 AM. I only expected to drop off my luggage, but to my surprise, they allowed me to check in early. I was so grateful for the flexibility. A special thanks to Mr. Moiez for the incredibly warm welcome; he truly made my arrival special. Throughout my stay, every staff member was professional and kind. All of my requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The room itself was fantastic, and I especially loved the beautiful park view. The bathroom was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. As for breakfast, the restaurant had a modern and cozy atmosphere. While the menu wasn't extensive, the quality was good and I enjoyed my meals there. After checking out, the staff kindly assisted me with my heavy luggage, which made my departure very smooth. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to London and will highly recommend it to my friends!"
