"Stayed with my family of four , teens 13 and 14 and it was perfect. The staff was wonderful, room was clean and the hotel was beautifully updated . You can tell they put a lot of effort in to the property. The bed comfort level was I’d say mid at a 6/10 comfort level. The hotel smells amazing , I don’t know what scent they are piping through the place, but it gives West#% vibes. We loved the shampoo/lotion/body wash scent and we had to go to Thames Street to stock up on the local soap brand they have in rooms. If you’re an Instagram mom that is looking for a cute , family oriented property this is your place ."

Block Island Beach House

"We chose this place for our Babymoon, seeking a convenient location. However, the staff was not overly helpful. We could have used a bellhop or front desk person to assist us with our luggage. Even if we had to pay for their services, we would have gladly done so. The beach setup and staff could use some improvement. We had to wait until 10:30 am one day for the beach to be set up. Additionally, the beach was dirty in the morning, requiring trash cleaning and a good rake due to the seaweed. The pool was a refreshing escape from the ocean, but it lacked any special amenities. Our room was small and needed some TLC, but it was nice to have a king bed. We didn’t spend much time in our room. Overall, the property needs a deep cleaning, staff training to be more friendly/helpful, and some fresh paint. It appeared a bit run down, but we understood that we were paying for the convenience of beach access, the pool, and the proximity to everything. It was a great trip and we enjoyed our stay. Just know what you are getting into before going, it’s no Four Seasons."

"Was an extremely enjoyable stay, always in the summertime having the pool as an option is wonderful, we did not dine here outside of grabbing a coffee and pastry in the morning, all staff were very attentive. Truly enjoy being here, look forward to coming back soon!"
