All staff at reception were wonderful, welcoming with great smile. The room was very quiet, clean and tidy at all time. I slept like a baby in my stay for 5 nights. The cleaning staff are very nice, kind, organized and you will not hear them when they are working and cleaning. Every day there will be fresh fruit/apple juice, delicious cookies, and coffee at the lobby, just serve yourself complementary. The hotel is surrounded with transit/bus stops, few steps from the place mall, convention center, and providence train station. There are many restaurants suit all tastes and there is vault market and grocery store few steps which serves hot international cuisine as well by weight. Providence is a marvelous city and people are very helpful and welcoming. "
