"Check-in and check-out was very easy. The rooms were clean and well-maintained as was the property. We had 2 rooms, 1 had air conditioning issues but it slowly corrected itself, maintenance did respond in quick manner. The breakfast was best described as ok at best, but it was quick and free. Overall a good place to stay."

"There was a nice breakfast available and the location was quick to the aquarium and mystic village. The gym was being renovated so I didn’t use that. There was ample parking. The rooms were fine, nothing fancy, and there was a musty smell. But, overall decent place for a quick stay."

"I recently had a 3 night stay. The hotel was clean and neat. The staff were very friendly. The food and service at the restaurant were excellent. The trolley service to and from Newport was a god send, drivers Gene and Mike where very knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations for places to eat and see. The only cons were; there was no safe in the room, so when I went to the pool in the afternoon I had to take my purse with me. The lack of dresser draws was inconvenient and the general lack of privacy in the bathroom with the barn doors that don’t lock. The lack of a shower curtain had the bathroom floor getting all wet which is a safety issue. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others and would stay there again myself."
