"The breakfast had more to it than we expected. Also, the room was small, but had nice touches such as the nightlight, couch and hooks on the wall. It was very comfortable."

"Hotel is very good. Location is a quick walk to the beach and start of Cliff Walk. Room was very big and clean. Had fridge and microwave which is convenient. Free and lots of parking. If you want to use pool, gym and outdoor terrace, all 3 are located in bldg 1. We were in #2 and #1 was booked. I would recommend this hotel."

"Amenities were nice like the shuttle into town and bikes and overall property, but we booked a balcony room and they didn’t have one so we got a different room. They also shut the bike use down as we came during off season and that wasn’t noted anywhere. Some lights didn’t work properly in the room and the espresso machine was broken and no coffee machine."

"Excellent location for the Amica Newport Marathon right next to Easton beach. Beautiful view from ocean front rooms. Were not able to use rooftop hot tub but went to see it and it looked inviting. Breakfast was basic continental breakfast but I was happy to have it as an option. Staff was friendly. Overall, I would come back here"
