"There was one check-in person (a man) who tried to give us a smaller room of lesser value when we complained about the parking lot view room we were given. Quite rude for them to think we were foolish enough to believe him. This was the only bad experience for the trip. Hope the manager speaks to him about treating guests better."

"We managed to get to stay at the first Pell Hotel in the country in Middletown Rhode Island. - close to Newport. It will not be the last one as it seems to be a great success for Hyatt and here is why: Great price Larger than average room and bathroom Comfortable bed and bedding Looks like a resort and IS a resort experience Onsite dining - breakfast and dinner Quiet on site sitting areas for reading or just hanging out in cozy living rooms Evening fire pits enjoyed by guests and families with great chairs! Great swimming pool Free and ample parking The parking lot was full ….. now you know why. Hyatt- congrats and when are you coming to Georgia?"
