"What was good: Location is very good. Staff particularly Tina (the lady that operates the elevators) was incredibly friendly and she would go above and beyond to help!! Rooms are spacious with a great view of the falls. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are very sound proof. Things that are not so good: (there is really nothing that would make me not stay here again, but there are a few subtle things that would make things even better) Very nice fridge in the room, but no microwave. Two beautiful TVs, but limited channels ( had to leave my room to watch Sunday Night Football) Water pressure in the shower was low."

"Hotel is very nice and they gave us an upgraded room, much appreciated. There’s an underground parking lot across the street with easy access and cheap rates. The guests in the room next to us got into a bad fight were security, and the police had to come so we didn’t really sleep much at all, but that had nothing to do with the hotel."
