I recently stayed at the Central Loop Hotel during a trip to Chicago and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is older, but it’s well-maintained and has a clean, classic feel. What stood out the most was the staff—every person I interacted with was warm, professional, and went out of their way to make sure guests felt welcome.
The restaurant downstairs was a nice bonus. The food was tasty and the service was excellent, which made it convenient to grab a good meal without having to venture far after a long day.
I also appreciated how safe I felt during my stay, and the location can’t be beat. Central Loop Hotel is right in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all that Chicago has to offer—museums, restaurants, shopping, and public transit are all nearby.
The only downsides were that parking is off-site, which can be a bit inconvenient, and the towels in the room were very scratchy and felt quite worn. These were small issues, though, in an otherwise enjoyable stay.
Overall, I’d definitely consider staying at Central Loop Hotel again. The great service and unbeatable location made it a solid choice for visiting Chicago.
