“I was told that the bartender would have all the information because we came in late. We get there and no bartender. We called and waited for them to call back. I had left messages. 45 minutes later we finally got a call back with codes to get into the room. There was a slope in the floor and is very unsafe when trying to go to the restroom especially if your handicapped. Also on the slope its not noted. The bed frame stood out more than the mattress.
