“We had a lovely time. From the moment we were greeted at reception on the first day till the day we left. Everyone was so nice and couldn’t have done enough for us. Our 2 dogs were made so welcome and our dining experience wasn’t reduced in any way because of them. Harriet should get a mention as nothing was too much trouble for her. "The location and view were truly excellent. Major tourist attractions were within walking distance. Right after check-in, we found that the bathroom sink was clogged, but it was promptly repaired. The breakfast was also outstanding. One downside was that noise insulation both inside and outside the hotel could have been better. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay in Edinburgh.
