Unfortunately, our perennial experience and complaint is poor customer service. “The hotel is remodeled nice location in town walk to everything. if you are not looking for an all inclusive. Breakfast is available. Wasn’t that great the first morning. We requested what we wanted the other days and it was available. . I enjoyed the tub in my room. Staff was wonderful. Suzy dottin from Florida. ”

“It’s a beautiful and a small resort with excellent service. Our butlers Robert and Anthony were fantastic. The hotel management Omar and Sheldon were very helpful. There is a regular shuttle service to other nearby Sandal resorts if you wanted more entertainment or food options. Our only issue was that the bathrooms need modernising. It’s great for golf players too. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. ”

“Property and villa (Cottonwood Treehouse) was adorable. Nature trail on property was nice but some garbage thrown on it that took away from the ambiance. Staff was super polite, attentive & professional. Food was average, was hoping for a bit better. Pools were nice.”
