“I was impressed by the room, which had a small but well-equipped kitchenette, surpassing the usual hotel amenities with multiple appliances such as a microwave, coffee machine, and various dishware. Another delightful surprise was the availability of a washer and dryer right outside each room, a rarity compared to other hotels in Puerto Rico where their absence had been inconvenient for my family. Despite our late arrival and early departure the next morning, we couldn't fully enjoy the pool and...

“Property was beautiful. Staff was nice. The resort didn’t have a lot of outdoor or indoor entertainment for the adults. Not the best experience compared to other Princess resorts we have been to in other vacation areas. Plus it rained every day for a month in Jamaica. It also rained every day when we were there. Not too much to do on the island. Not much on the resort but eat and sleep. Would not visit Jamaica again. Disappointed by how rude airport staff were as well. Island needs a full...
